The Cove
With The Cove overlooking the WooSox stadium, this project is a perfect example of the detail, vision, and scale behind major development in Worcester. We’ve been working closely with Ricky and the team at V10 Development to capture not only what they’re building, but the process, people, and planning that bring projects like this to life. Gilbane’s involvement on the WooSox stadium speaks to the caliber of development shaping the area around it.

As a large-scale MEP company we work with in Florida, ESI plays a major role in bringing massive, highly complex projects to life alongside GCs like Steelworx and Scorpion. Our relationship with Zanno Property Management has been built through the people behind the company, especially Nick, who started his career at Gilbane and continues to speak highly of the leadership, standards, and culture they instilled in him early on. Our relationship with Suffolk started while filming for Rhode Island Energy and quickly turned into an opportunity to capture the culture behind the work they do. What began as documenting a project became a deeper look into the leadership, teamwork, and standards that drive their teams every day.

Callahan Construction: Skye City Centre Groundbreaking
The Callahan Construction kickoff marked the beginning of another relationship built around capturing projects at scale. This residential complex, being developed just two doors down from our headquarters in Warwick, gave us a front row seat to document the process from the ground up.
Following the project this closely has allowed us to capture more than just the build itself. From site work and structural progress to the coordination between teams in the field, it’s been an opportunity to document the leadership, precision, and collaboration required to bring a development of this scale to life.
