During a recent site walk, Marc Mason discussed project planning, development costs, and a potential business venture. While the conversation centered around a project, the real takeaway was about opportunity and how successful people recognize it when others don't.

One lesson stood out: success rarely comes from reinventing the wheel. More often, it comes from learning from people who have already done what you're trying to accomplish and applying those lessons to your own journey.

Marc believes growth comes from recognizing opportunity, surrounding yourself with the right people, and being willing to take on challenges others may have passed by. At the end of the day, some of the biggest opportunities are hiding in the places no one else is looking.
