Steven’s story is rooted in growth, grit, and a deep connection to the company he now helps lead. Starting in the service department at Electric Services while still in high school, he worked his way through multiple areas of the business, from warehouse operations to estimating, building a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to bring projects from concept to completion. Early experiences, like contributing to the renovation of the Citrus County Courthouse alongside family, helped shape both his skillset and his appreciation for the company’s legacy.
Now serving as Vice President, Steven leads with a people-first mindset. He prioritizes strong client relationships and collaborative problem-solving, while taking on the pressures of the job himself to support and empower his team. With multiple generations of his family tied to Electric Services, that legacy shows up in the company’s culture, one built on pride, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that stands apart.
