WHAT'S STRIKING


What began as a cosmetic flip quickly became a full tear-down once the walls and floors were opened. With a duplex no longer viable, the team pivoted to a three-unit townhouse-style triplex. Demolition began mid-to-late November, with site work and foundation shortly after, and a projected completion by June or July.
