CONDO YOU BELIEVE THE PROGRESS ?

1455 Park Avenue in Cranston is continuing to take shape as a former two-family home is transformed into a five-unit condo complex designed with both functionality and modern living in mind. The project features a mix of unit layouts, including spacious two and three-bedroom options with attached one and two-car garages. Recent exterior updates include newly reframed matching black windows that bring a clean, cohesive look to the entire property. Inside, the team is focused on completing one fully finished unit first, which will serve as both a staged model and a “test kitchen” for future buyers to experience the space firsthand. Once a Certificate of Occupancy is secured, open houses will allow potential buyers to tour the unit while still having the opportunity to customize finishes like flooring and cabinetry in the remaining condos. From the oversized garages to the custom tiling featured in the expansive primary suite, the attention to detail is evident throughout the build. While the project is nearing a major milestone, the team reflected on the extensive groundwork it took to get here, including nearly a year spent navigating approvals, engineering, site work, and utility infrastructure before construction could fully move forward.
