AXE-CELLENT TEAM CULTURE
Some teams do trust falls. This team races go-karts and throws axes.
We spent the day with the Nathan Clark Team as they traded listings for lap times and open houses for bullseyes during one of their monthly culture committee outings. The goal? Technically team bonding. Realistically? Beat everyone else in the room. And honestly… it tracks.
From the second the helmets went on, the competitive energy kicked in. Every turn became a chance to prove who had the fastest line. Every axe throw turned into a personal rivalry. One team member even credited their racing performance to years of “driving in Rhode Island traffic.” Fair enough.
But underneath the jokes and competition was something bigger: culture.
What makes this team stand out isn’t just what they do in real estate. It’s how they push each other. Whether they’re competing for faster lap times or fighting for clients and closings, there’s a shared mindset that keeps everyone leveling up together.
That’s the kind of thing we love capturing at Told By Fire. Not staged moments. Not scripted culture. Real people with real chemistry doing what they naturally do best.
Because the stories are already there.
We’re just here to bring them to life. 🔥
